- Join a major healthcare provider within a 47-bed acute care facility.
- Work in a unit with 6 beds, maintaining a patient ratio of 2:1.
- Potential float to Medsurg and ER as needed.
- Call requirements involve availability within 30 minutes of the hospital for low census situations.
- Care for a varied patient population, including geriatric, adult, and pediatric patients.
- Utilize electronic health records with Medhost.
- Engage in teamwork and demonstrate a willingness to collaborate.
- Required to wear any color of scrubs, adhering to the dress code.
- Ensure proper ventilator management and the ability to titrate continuous medications in a dynamic ICU environment.
