Job Title: Registered Nurse

Shift: Night Shift (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM), alternating weekends

Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in ICU

License: Registered Nurse (RN)

Certifications: Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Basic Life Support (BLS), National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS)

Must-Have

Ventilator management, Titrating continuous medications, Managing ICU patients

Job Description

• Join a major healthcare provider within a 47-bed acute care facility.
• Work in a unit with 6 beds, maintaining a patient ratio of 2:1.
• Potential float to Medsurg and ER as needed.
• Call requirements involve availability within 30 minutes of the hospital for low census situations.
• Care for a varied patient population, including geriatric, adult, and pediatric patients.
• Utilize electronic health records with Medhost.
• Engage in teamwork and demonstrate a willingness to collaborate.
• Required to wear any color of scrubs, adhering to the dress code.
• Ensure proper ventilator management and the ability to titrate continuous medications in a dynamic ICU environment.
