- Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit.
- Monitor patient vital signs and coordinate patient care with the healthcare team.
- Utilize specialized equipment such as Swan, Artlines, Balloon Pumps, and Vents to administer advanced patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient records using the electronic medical record system, Epic.
- Adhere to facility policies, procedures, and regulatory standards to ensure patient safety and efficient operation of the unit.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve positive patient outcomes.
