Travel Nurse RN - ICU/Critical Care - $2,255 per week in Phoenix, AZ

Job Title: Registered Nurse

Job Specialty: Intensive Care Unit (ICU)

Job Duration: 13 weeks

Shift: 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM

Guaranteed Hours: 24 per week

Experience: Minimum 24 months of current ICU experience required

License: Active Arizona nursing license

Certifications

• ACLS (American Heart Association)
• BLS (American Heart Association)
  
  

Must-Have

• American Heart Association or American Red Cross certifications, active upon submission
• No disciplinary actions or hits on Nursys
• Flu vaccination status; declinations can be applied for with forms
• Strong understanding of specific background requirements and compliance adherence
  
  

Job Description

• Candidates with an Arizona home address on their driver's license will not be considered.
• Include a copy of the driver's license when applying.
• A specific cover page is required.
• Ensure all locations the traveler is interested in are vetted and included in the application.
• Indicate all departments the candidate is willing to work in to expedite presentation.
• All requested time off should be listed on the cover page and must be less than 7 days.
• Time off will not be approved in the first two weeks of the assignment.
• All candidates should be pre-closed and ready to accept an offer.
• Notify immediately if the traveler withdraws or is no longer available for consideration.
• Travel experience is preferred.
• A comprehensive resume, including facilities, facility size, beds, trauma level, and units experienced, is required.
• Provide a skills checklist specific to the discipline that is less than a year old.
• Proof of active licensure and certifications, verified within the last 30 days, is necessary.
• Comply with specific and stringent background requirements.
