Job Description
- Orientation hours are required.
- Candidates with a specific home address on their driver’s license will not be considered. Please include a copy in submission.
- All travel experience is preferred.
- Flu vaccination is required. Declinations can be applied for; please reach out for forms.
- Start date should be on or very quickly after the order start date listed.
- All requested days off should be listed on the cover page and must be less than 7 days. No approvals for the first two weeks of assignment or during holidays.
