- Return staff policy requires a 90-day separation to return as a traveler.
- No background or licensure hits are accepted.
- Rehire eligibility is checked regularly.
- PACU call policy requires a response time of 1 hour; weekday call covers 8 PM - 6 AM, and weekend calls are divided into two shifts: 6 AM - 6 PM or 6 PM - 6 AM.
- Floating requirements involve covering any patients left in recovery past 8 PM and completing recovery in the main PACU.
- There are expectations for call frequency, typically 2-3 shifts per schedule period (6 weeks).
