Job Description : - Expected to float between units as needed.- Weekend work required every other weekend, with the possibility of more.- Block schedules are not required.- Expected patient ratios of 1 : 1 or 1 : 2.- Work schedule may include both night and day shifts to increase staffing flexibility.- Candidates may be required to float within the hospital or to nearby affiliate hospitals.- Communication devices will be provided if required for the assignment.- Completion of orientation, modules, and associated tasks as part of the onboarding process.- Module hours generally average 16 hours.- Must commit to working 3 of the 5 major holidays : Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day.- Required to have charting experience with Epic system.- Vaccination for COVID-19 is not required; flu vaccine status unknown.
