Job Description
- Administer moderate sedation, complete admission assessments, and recover patients.
- Assist physicians with procedures, including cardiac and radiology procedures requiring moderate/procedural sedation.
- Circulate or scrub in the procedure room.
- Render nursing care to patients undergoing diagnostic cardiac catheterization, implanted Pacemaker/ICD, and interventional radiology procedures.
- Deliver patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Direct and coordinate all nursing care based on established clinical nursing practice standards.
- Collaborate with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and achievement of desired patient outcomes.
