Job Description :
General Nursing with a focus on Labor & Delivery.- Utilize HealthLand EMR and OmniCell medication / pharmaceutical systems.- Work 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends; flexibility required.- Float to other units, such as OB, upon demonstrating competency.- Utilize an Acuity Measurement Tool to determine the Nurse-to-Patient ratio.- Adhere to a dress code of tasteful and well-maintained scrubs.- Participate in a comprehensive orientation program, including general orientation and department-specific training covering safety and technology.- Guaranteed hours do not apply during orientation.- Participate in Blue Mountain Hospital District's commitment to Mission, Vision, and Values, with a focus on Service Excellence and Service Recovery. Please note, this is a firm start date position. Candidates should be able to operate independently and demonstrate a high level of competency in their specialty. Time off requests during the assignment should be disclosed.
