Must-Have: Candidates must have a permanent address greater than 100 miles from the facility; Float experience; Ability to work weekdays, some weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Description

• Locals are not accepted. A radius rule of 75 miles applies, with consideration for candidates between 75 to 100 miles on a case-by-case basis.
• Orientation starts every Monday.
• Work schedule requires floating as needed, including to CDU MedSurg/peds observation.
• Flu vaccine is required with medical exemptions only; a signed doctor's note and a medical exemption request form are necessary.
• Orientation consists of 16 hours and includes non-billable modules completed prior to start, averaged at 8 hours.
• Ratio for care is 1:4-5 on CDU & 1:5-6 on MedSurg.
• Compliance requires submission of SSN, DOB, and references at the time of application.
• Any previous probationary actions on a license will be evaluated case-by-case.
• Current employees from specified health systems are not eligible for a travel contract for 2 years after the last date of perm work.
