Job Description

• Position available in a 30-bed unit.
• Patient ratios set at 1:6.
• Unit staffing includes Clinical Coordinators, a Unit Secretary, Patient Care Technicians, and Case Management.
• Work with equipment such as walkers, IV pumps, and SCDs.
• Utilize the Meditech documentation system.
• Scheduling requirements include four weekend shifts every 28 days and participation in the holiday rotation.
• Floating required within the rotation with other staff.
• Ensure a 72% patient experience score by utilizing communication boards.
