- Certifications:** Flu Vaccine Required - No Exemptions
- At least one year of experience with Epic EMR
- Will consider nurses with 1 years of recent experience in unit
- Ability to float as needed to other units
- MedSurg / Ortho specialty required
- Travelers will float as needed; must be able to perform tasks for which competencies have been demonstrated and documented
- Full orientation provided prior to start
- Pre-assignment testing and modules required for all candidates to complete within 48 hours of receiving login information
- Modules are billable, up to 16 hours, and recorded in transcripts
- Orientation consists of 16 hours
- RTO Restrictions: All requested time off must be included at the time of submission; approval will be based on facility's needs
- Orientation is every Monday
- A strong emphasis on teamwork and collaboration within the unit to ensure optimal patient care
