- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using the EPIC electronic medical record system.
- Provide patient and family education and support during hospital stays.
- Demonstrate self-motivation and a professional attitude at all times.
- Adhere to safety protocols and infection control standards.
- Work in a unit with 25 beds, maintaining a patient ratio of 6:1.
- Adhere to dress code with black scrub color and avoid unnatural nails and hair colors.
- Ability to work every other weekend with shifts from 07:00 to 19:00.
