Job Description
- Provide leadership in coordinating and delivering quality, compassionate patient care.
- Utilize the nursing process, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, to provide and coordinate patient and family care.
- Delegate, supervise, and document patient care and teaching.
- Communicate pertinent patient and family information to the healthcare team.
- Participate in solving variances from patient goals and ensure the implementation of solutions.
- May be required to float to areas with equal or lesser acuity as needed.
- Education from an accredited school of nursing is required. A Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
