Job Description
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients on the Surgical / Orthopedics Unit.
- Participate in patient assessments and deliver personalized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Monitor and document patient progress and responses to treatments.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes.
- Support a safe and compassionate care environment adhering to best nursing practices.
- Maintain proficiency in Cerner charting system, experience preferred.
- Complete a 16-hour orientation to familiarize with facility protocols and procedures.
