Job Description:
- Work in a unit with 33 beds and maintain patient ratios of 6:1 during the day and 7:1 at night.
- Collaborate with a team that includes 3 technicians per shift and a unit secretary available during the day.
- Utilize equipment such as IVs, Kangaroo pumps, and SCDs.
- Document patient care using the Meditech system.
- Meet scheduling requirements, including working every other weekend.
- Will float in rotation to other appropriate areas when needed.
- Adhere to hospital-specific patient experience requirements.
- Comply with the required dress code and unit guidelines/policies.
