Job Description
- Night shift position working 36 hours per week, 6:45 p.m. to 7:15 a.m.
- Required to work every other weekend and every other holiday.
- Must be willing to float to other medical-surgical areas.
- Orientation includes 16 hours of non-billable training.
- Work involves being the first to float to different units as needed.
- Compliance with policies, including completion of labs within 72 hours of signing.
- Modules should be completed pre-start and are factored into non-billable time.
- Non-compliance, such as more than one call-off, is grounds for termination.
- No call, no show (NCNS) is grounds for immediate termination.
