Must-Have
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- Immunizations including MMR, Varicella, Polio, Hepatitis B, TDaP, COVID-19, and Flu
- Negative 2-step Mantoux or equivalent test within 1 year
- Proof of physical fitness within 1 year
- 10 Panel Drug Screen within 1 month
- Respiratory Fit Test within 1 year
- Clean criminal background check
- Mandatory Reporter Certification or completion of CareLearning education modules if not certified
- Plan and provide comprehensive patient care using the nursing process in assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Direct and guide patient education and activities of support staff while maintaining high professional nursing standards.
- Complete all employment and health requirements before the contract start date.
- Maintain compliance with employment and health standards, including immunizations, certifications, and background checks.
- Participate in holiday and weekend rotations as required.
- Utilize EPIC EMR system for documentation and patient care management.
