- Ability to read and interpret telemetry rhythm strips independently
- Must pass the telemetry test on Day 1 with a score of 85% or better

- Manage a patient ratio generally ranging from 1:4 to 1:5
- Possess proficiency or willingness to learn electronic medical record systems, preferably EPIC
- Highly preferred experience in travel nursing
- Contribute to team communication and collaboration efforts in a 36-bed unit
