- Willingness to comply with flu vaccination requirements unless medically exempt
- Work in a 32-bed unit specializing in medical conditions such as cardiac, vascular, surgical, pulmonary, and telemetry patients.
- Participate in orientation held every other week.
- Provide patient care and monitoring on the medical/surgical telemetry unit.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient records using Cerner Charting system.
- Adhere to the policy regarding flu vaccination during the designated flu season.
- Be flexible with scheduling requests as the manager cannot guarantee blocked schedule requests.
- Ensure compliance with all facility-specific policies, including those related to licensure and required documentation.
- Participate in non-billable modules prior to start, gaining certificates of completion.
