- Facility is not accepting local candidates.
- Must not have worked permanently or traveled for any affiliated facility within the past year.
- COVID Vaccines Booster required upon submission.
- 2024-2025 flu vaccine required upon submission (declinations not accepted). If the candidate does not have the current flu vaccine, an attestation confirming they will receive it prior to start is acceptable.
