- Must-Have:** Flu vaccine required with no exemptions.
- Work on a variable schedule from Sunday through Saturday, including weekend rotation.
- No on-call requirement.
- Required to float per competency within Pre & Post Op Departments.
- Orientation hours: 28 hours at 50% non-billable.
- Scrubs: All colors and patterns acceptable (no insignia from other institutions); 2 sets of periwinkle OR scrubs optional.
- Orientation and possible module completion required pre-start and during orientation.
- Return staff policy: If previously employed, must be gone for a minimum of 1 year to return.
