Job Description :
Work on a 38-bed Medical / Telemetry unit with a mix of day and night shifts.- Collaborate with a team of 73 staff members, including day shift consisting of 1 charge nurse, 6-7 RNs, and 2-3 MSTs, and night shift comprising 1 charge nurse, 7-9 RNs, and 2-3 MSTs.- Manage patient ratios of 4-5 patients per nurse, both during the day and night.- Utilize a range of equipment including lifts, dynamaps, and cardiac monitoring equipment.- Operate with the Meditech EMR system.- The unit regularly performs procedures such as cardiac drips, cardiac catheterizations, and post-operative care for VATS.- The ideal candidate will have a team-oriented approach and a positive attitude.- Benefit from new lift equipment and iMobile technology.- Enjoy flexible scheduling options when available.
