RTO should not exceed 7 days; if more than 4 consecutive days are requested, an additional week will be added to the contract.- Most units allow one major holiday off during the winter season; please review the specific job posting for details.- Local candidates must have a permanent residence more than 50 miles from the hospital.- Return travelers must have been away from the system for at least 6 months.- Former staff must be gone for 12 months before returning as a traveler.- Orientation consists of 24 non-billable hours.
