Job Description :
- Provide evaluation and treatment for patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient care outcomes.
- Develop individualized care plans based on patient assessment and diagnosis.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
- Educate patients and their families on communication strategies and rehabilitation techniques.
