Job Title : Sterile Processing Technician Job Specialty : Sterile Processing Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : 11 : 00 PM - 7 : 30 AM Guaranteed Hours : To be determined Experience : Minimum of 2 years recent SPT experience required License : Active SPT certification (held for at least 2 years) Certifications : BLS (AHA) Must-Have : - COVID vaccine (Declinations not accepted) - Vaccination status must be noted in submission Job Description : - Care, handle, and store instruments, supplies, and equipment necessary for surgery. - Process goods for redistribution throughout the facility. - Assist Sterile Processing Specialists with various team lead duties, such as maintaining competencies. - Evening and weekend work schedules to be determined by the facility. - On-call schedule to be determined by the facility. - Required to provide a resume and two supervisory references, one from within the last 6 months and one from the last 12 months. - A completed skills checklist is necessary.
