X-Ray Technologist Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced X-Ray Technologist to join our team at Cynet Health. The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 1 year of clinical x-ray experience and be registered with the ARRT.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform quality diagnostic radiological exams as ordered by providers.
- Administer other diagnostic procedures within licensure, such as EKGs and Dexa bone scans.
- Ensure accurate imaging exams and present them for review.
- Apply critical thinking skills and respond to emergent situations appropriately.
- Maintain daily records and keep the department neat and orderly.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of customer medical records.
- Utilize imaging and electronic medical record systems correctly.
- Conduct regular system checks and appropriate documentation.
- Perform required quality control testing on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
- Interact professionally with providers, co-workers, customers, and families.
- Acknowledge additional duties to foster the accomplishment of organizational goals.
- Demonstrate and maintain proficiency in necessary skills, and upgrade skills as needed.
- Comply with legal, regulatory, accrediting, and procedural requirements.
- Maintain customer and team member privacy, and report any violations or concerns.
Cynet Health Requirements:
- BLS Certification.
- Knowledge of medical terminology required.
