Required Education and Experience :
- Required BA or BS in Accounting and / or Finance; CPA preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of Cost Accounting experience with at least 2 years of relevant pharmaceutical manufacturing finance experience.
- Proven analytical skills with the ability to drive strategy and understand the impact across the organization.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, both verbally and in writing; ability to clearly explain financial information to a variety of audiences, including non-financial stakeholders.
- Ability to set rigorous technical / architectural standards while speaking the language of the business to influence the strategic direction for reporting, analytics, and data quality capabilities.
- Team player able to interact with all levels and work on projects in a cross-functional team environment as well as interfacing effectively with corporate counterparts.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills and strong customer focus with the ability to recognize the impact of decisions on end users.
- Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint).
- Substantial understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX).
