- Support RNA assay development and chemistry by supporting RNA extraction, qPCR, immunoassays, and analytical methods to characterize oligonucleotides
- Conduct and troubleshoot experiments, independently and in collaboration with colleagues, to characterize and screen siRNA oligonucleotides.
- Support siRNA characterization by through routine and consistent performance of 4 or more assays.
- Support lipid nanoparticle (LNP) development and characterization using dynamic light scattering (DLS), Encapsulation efficiencies (ribogreen fluorescence), and HPLC.
- Support routine tasks associated with siRNA solid phase supported synthesis and characterization using LC / MS.
- Collect and evaluate data; prepare reports, summaries, and presentations; maintain and update laboratory notebooks and the laboratory information management system.
- Manage inventory of supplies, ordering reagents and consumables.
