Job Description :
Pay Range : $80.74hr - $86.25hr
- Partner with payroll operation team, FP&A and ADP team (Vendor) to resolve non-reconciling items and other analysis of monthly activity.
- Working together with internal and external auditor and SOX team for payroll accounting control walkthrough and audit testing.
- Maintain good recordkeeping of all payroll files and sound internal controls.
- Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
- Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
- Perform monthly month-to-month and year-to-year variance analyses for payroll-related expenses such as bonuses, commissions, severance, salaries / overtime, health benefits, and employer-paid taxes to ensure consistency and identify anomalies.
