Job Description :
Responsible for performing a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations which may include skilled hand work or utilizing automated production equipment.
Comprehends and interprets a variety of technical specifications, terms and documents.
Determines and / or follows methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering and cable harnessing on assembly units.
Makes setups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications.
Entry-level support for individual contributors.
Work is closely supervised.
Work consists of tasks that are routine.
Explains facts and practices related to the job area.
Nature of Supervision :
Works with close supervision on routine tasks.
Detailed instructions are provided and close peer review is required.
Communication and Influence :
Communicates with contacts typically within the team on matters that involve obtaining or providing information requiring explanation or interpretation to understand and reach agreement.

Work consists of tasks that are routine.
Work is structured within identified boundaries and procedures.

Education and Experience :

Good hand / eye coordination - manual dexterity is required as will be working with glass products.
