Job Description:
- Design, implementation, and improvement of the Audio and video conferencing services.
- Experience designing conferencing and voice solutions across a geographically diverse environment.
- Work with a team to identify the design needs for cost effective solutions.
- Assess and approve all voice and video equipment, hardware, and software upgrades.
- Ensure disaster recovery plans are in place and updated.
- Take escalations from support teams and provide root cause analysis and advanced problem management.
- Develop KBs for operating and full documentation of solutions.
- Provide root cause analysis and advanced problem management.
- Works with the training department to develop learning content and best practices for using room equipment and Teams meetings.
- Ensure standard operating procedures are formally in place and followed.
- Producer for large meetings and providing consulting for other large meetings.
- 5 years of Voice & Video experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Teams Room hardware.
- Self-directed, fast-paced, collaborative, and results-oriented.
