Job Description:
Pay Range: $22hr - $24hr
Pay Range: $22hr - $24hr
- Research accounts that have consecutive estimates using CRM/SAP.
- Launch non-access termination process in CRM and follow process through.
- Schedule service orders.
- Work directly with district supervisors if there is a curb box issue, a two-Candidate job, etc.
- Occasionally call customers regarding consecutive estimates.
- Contribute to effective communication by listening and providing feedback.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Advance and thorough knowledge of MS Suite (i.e. Microsoft Office, Excel).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills.
- Three to five years administrative experience is a plus! (utility operations, engineering or related area preferred).
- High school diploma or state recognized Educational Equivalency Certificate.
Salary : $22 - $24
