Responsibilities:
- As a tissue culture biologist, Candidate will be responsible for maintaining and expanding various cell lines, performing and troubleshooting cell-based assays, and optimizing protocols.
- Candidate will also provide automation support and data analysis for high-throughput in-vitro assays using liquid handlers.
- Candidate will work closely with other scientists and engineers on the Protomer team to ensure and continuously improve the quality and efficiency of the tissue culture and automation processes.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in biology, biotechnology, or related field.
- Experience in tissue culture with mammalian cells; at least one year preferred.
- Experience in using automation platforms, such as Tecan, Hamilton, or Beckman Coulter preferred.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel, R, or Python.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Salary : $38 - $43
