Job Description:
Pay Range: $30.40hr - $35.40hr

- Utilizing SAP and SharePoint to gather work order documentation from document libraries and save to specified locations.
- Validate work order documentation for accuracy.
- Monitor shared inboxes, respond to or forward emails to the appropriate SME.
- Perform PowerBi Dashboard Refreshes and validate errors.
- Assist with document management.
- Typing 45 WPM.
- Basic Windows and Microsoft application skills.
- Ability to navigate Microsoft SharePoint.
- Attention to detail and experience analyzing and/or validating information.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft programs ( PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to identify issues and come up with data-driven solutions.
- Ability to navigate SAP.
- Power BI and Power Apps experience.
- Ability to create visual representations of data in PowerBI.
Salary : $30 - $35
