Job Description :
Pay Range : $118.51hr - $123.51hr
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with executive staff, staff, team members, management, and external organizations, including vendors, to gather and support complex IT projects.
- Define project objectives and scope by reviewing proposals to determine timelines, budgets, procedures, and phases for IT projects.
- Understand IT's systems and capabilities while possessing expertise in the business unit(s) they support will be key to the success of this role.
- Work with technical teams and business stakeholders to develop deliverables suited for audiences with varying technical expertise.
- Identify and assess project risks and develop strategies for risk mitigation.
- ct as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) or Point of Contact (POC) for managing and enhancing processes related to the System Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Develop, implement, and manage a process for tracking all IT initiatives and projects, ensuring regular reporting and efficient resource utilization.
- Prepare status reports and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, identify necessary activities, and ensure that deliverables, milestones, and tasks are completed on schedule.
- ttend or lead staff meetings and integrate with the team, gaining familiarity with overall operations and project initiatives.
- Use Microsoft Office, Atlassian Suite, SharePoint, Salesforce, and other tools to document, track, and report on IT project efforts.
- Lead projects from initiation through to completion, adhering to the Project Management Institute (PMI) framework.
