- Analyze the backlog of issues emerging from the reconciliation process, identifying root causes and providing actionable insights for engineering fixes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Payments, Insurance, and Compliance, to ensure smooth and accurate reconciliation processes.
- Test fixes end-to-end, ensuring that all issues are resolved before vendor disbursement.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor reconciliation performance, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
- Support the resolution of high-priority incidents, including those with significant financial or compliance impacts, by providing data-driven analysis and solutions
- Create and standardize metrics related to GTI Recon.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience working in relevant industries.
- Strong skills in SQL and data analysis, experience with distributed system (e.g. Presto, Hadoop, Hive) is a strong plus.
- Experience in data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau)
- Experience working in a highly regulated industry with a focus on compliance and financial accuracy.
- Experience with data reconciliation processes and understanding large scale data systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a keen attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Salary : $55 - $59
