Pay Range: $59hr - $64hr
Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track project scope and schedules for copy assets.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless management and execution of projects.
- Establish and maintain processes for managing scope throughout the project lifecycle, setting performance and quality standards, and assessing risks.
- Structure and manage integrated, multitrack project trackers for copy generation and polishing.
- Drive and track project health, delegate tasks, and monitor workflow leveraging Salesforce and Airtable.
- Manage internal teams and external vendors, ensuring projects are delivered on-time and within scope.
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical and operational feasibility.
- Communicate project updates, risks, and issues to stakeholders and provide effective solutions.
- Continuously evaluate and improve localization processes to increase efficiency and quality.
- 7 years of experience with operational program and/or project management.
- 3 years working on programs at scale (hundreds of thousands to millions of users) for a technology company.
- Proven track record managing agency and vendor relationships and a high-volume of deliverables.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Highly agile mindset; ability to stay organized and excel in fast-paced, rapidly changing environments.
- The ideal candidate will have experience with data labeling and/or content review.
- Salesforce and Airtable experience required.
- Positive, team-oriented mindset.
