Responsibilities:
- Resolve employee payroll, travel, or expense related issues.
- Contact line managers for approvals or dispute resolution.
- Investigate policy violations.
- Obtain receipts and submit expense reports on behalf of others.
- Collect refunds and reimbursements from external vendors as needed.
- Coordinate and book travel on behalf of field employees in alignment with company policy.
- Ability to work independently and manage one's time in a remote work setting.
- Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information.
- Previous experience with computer applications, such as MS Outlook or data entry software.
- Includes experience with expense management and travel booking software such as Concur.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
- Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
Salary : $15 - $20
