Essential Functions :
- bility to perform complex integration and debug of CCAs containing FPGAs, Processors, and high speed interfaces.
- pplies complex electrical engineering principles and techniques to lead design, development, documentation, verification, and manufacturing debug activities.
- Work is performed without appreciable direction.
- Exercises considerable latitude in determining technical objectives of assignment.
- nalyzes environment / component tolerances to identify corner cases and ensure sufficient design margin for all applicable conditions.
- Directly interfaces with members of the product development team to produce high quality / dependable products.
- Members impacted by electrical design include Mechanical Engineering, Test Engineering, Reliability Engineering, Systems Engineering, Safety Engineering, Software Engineering.
- Verification Engineering, other engineering, PWB Design, and Management teams.
- Provides technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems.
- Performs difficult and complex research and / or development assignments.
- Decisions and recommendations have a moderate effect on division performance.
- Represents the organization as the prime technical contact on contracts and projects.
- Interacts with senior external personnel on significant technical matters often requiring coordination between organizations.
- Develop collaborative relationships with Engineering Managers and Program Leadership to support business demands.
