- Performs work requiring a thorough knowledge of instrument application, operation and of the electrical and mechanical principles involved in repair, testing and calibration.
- Develop electrical systems design narratives, technical studies, and reports.
- Present technical briefings to management, program officials, and technical staff.
- Adhere to all safety standards and practices.
- Create and deliver concise technical summary reports to customers.
- Prepare and present design reviews for internal and external customers.
- Ensure best design practices are followed and drive process improvements.
- Facilitate and ensure the quality of the project deliverables.
- Proactive mindset.
- Comfortable with debugging and instructing others in how-to debug.
- Natural problem solver with leadership capabilities and consulting experience.
- Skilled in writing protocols and collaboration.
- Demonstrated skill with scripting and test automation.

- Understanding of a Pharma/Biotech environment.
- Bachelor's or Graduate's Degree in engineering, or certificate/diploma in electrical engineering, or equivalent experience, also time served trade experienced (electrician or process instrumentation technician) also considered that has good startup & commissioning and facility qualification experience.
- 5 years relevant experience in pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry.
