- Oversee life-cycle recruiting activities (kick off to onboarding) for all levels/roles across AW.
- Must have 3-5 years experience in full cycle recruitment.
- knowledge of sourcing candidates on various platforms; abilities to develop relationships both internally with hiring managers & HR and externally with candidates.
- Will need to be able to effectively manage various priorities and be organized in their work.
- At least one of the roles must have some experience in recruiting for Engineering roles.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- They're wanting someone who can recruit for Operations, Engineering, Finance, etc.
Salary : $30 - $35
