Job Description:
Pay Range: $70hr - $75hr
Responsibilities:
- Specific Project Manager duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
- Work with IT Leadership to confirm priorities, adjust as needed, identify gaps, assist with developing and maintaining IT Portfolio.
- Use project management methodologies to manage tasks throughout all phases of the projects in the portfolio.
- Ability to plan, organize, review, and implement associated project milestones to completion.
- Ensure Business Requirements are defined and tracked.
- Ensure technical requirements and work breakdown support business requirements.
- Work with team and stakeholders to identify gaps.
- Follow and ensure IT Change Management process for system production changes.
- Monitor activities and track using agreed upon tools to include but no limited to Excel, Sharepoint lists, Microsoft DevOps, MS Project.
- Hold one-on-one meetings bi-weekly with assigned Team Members.
- Hold weekly meetings with support team and/or frequency required.
- Develop project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Create and maintain supporting project documentation.
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Ability to plan, organize, review, implement associated project milestones to completion.
- Promote agency initiatives and adhere to the Office of Information Technology and security standards to support business operations.
- Assist with development of policies and procedures to conform and comply with agency standard cyber security policy design related to information risk management, designation of data as to criticality, confidentiality, and protection. (NIST 800-53, FISMA, SC InfoSec Requirements).
- Experience in managing large enterprise-level information technology projects with proven implementation success.

- Project Management Experience .
- Ability to integrate technical systems with agency goals and objectives.
- Experience with security and data classification related to CDC, HIPAA, and CJIS.
- Experience in designing and implementing Enterprise-level systems architectures.
- Experience With Security And Data Classification Related To CDC, HIPAA, and CJIS
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field of work or equivalent work experience.
- Possesses 5-7 years of relevant work experience.
- PMP Certification required.
