Job Description :
Pay Range : $22hr - $25hr
- The inclusion of a temp will help increase overall productivity and increase response time to customers.
- Maintain a summary file of higher education institutions' composite scores, including adding notes to highlight irregularities or potential areas of concern.
- Collect, clean, and organize data from both the Integrated Postsecondary Education Data System (IPEDS) and the agency's Information and Reporting Services' data reports.
- Use collected data to create graphs in MS Excel.
- Date stamp payments received by check; scan, save, and distribute copies of the payments; and deliver the checks to the appropriate staff member.
- Monitor the submission of financial audits by higher education institutions to ensure that they are up-to-date and complete.
