Pay Range: $55hr - $60hr
- The Senior Technical Lead/Developer will be responsible for leading technical teams in the development, implementation, and maintenance of .net, azure devops, C# applications.
- They will play a crucial role in driving innovation and ensuring the successful delivery of projects within the specified timelines and quality standards.
- Manage the full software development lifecycle, including planning, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Implement best practices in coding standards, security, and scalability.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to meet business requirements.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in .net, azure devops, c# development.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Proficiency in .net framework and c# programming language.
- Handson experience with azure devops for ci/cd pipelines, infrastructure as code, and monitoring.
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies, particularly microsoft azure.
- Ability to lead and motivate technical teams towards project success.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and software development best practices.
