Genesys Cloud CX Reporting Analyst

Job Description:

Pay Range: $50hr - $55hr

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage native Client Cloud CX reports and dashboards.
  • Design and develop reporting solutions using Tableau and/or PowerBI.
  • Conduct data query/extraction coding using big data, noSQL, and SQL technologies.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure reporting solutions meet business requirements.
Required Qualifications:
  • Advanced knowledge of Contact Center Reporting and dashboards, including Client Cloud CX.
  • Proficient in Tableau and/or PowerBI design and development.
Technical Skills:
  • Experience with big data, noSQL, SQL data query/extraction coding.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in developing complex reporting solutions for large data sets.
