- The Information Systems Analyst will develop and support low-code Office 365 applications that enable training delivery.
- Client Academy business processes.
- Initial focus will be on documentation and specific high-priority enhancements of existing applications.
- Consults with sponsors and users to define requirements.
- Designs, develops, and enhances applications using SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and other tools.
- Creates detailed documentation of applications.
- Provides ongoing user assistance and break-fix support.
- Extracts and processes data from applications to measure impacts and inform decisions.
- Bachelors degree.
- 2 years of experience in similar or related job functions.
- Experience developing SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and views, Power Automate flows, and Power Apps.
- Experience with software documentation or technical writing.
- Detail oriented, analytical, good oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work with different teams across disciplines and levels.
- Experience with Graph, Powershell and Excel scripts.
- High proficiency in developing SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and views, Power Automate flows, Power Apps, creating Power BI reports and visualizations.
- High proficiency in software documentation or technical writing.
Salary : $40 - $45
