Job Description :
Pay Range : $54.90hr - $59.90hr
Responsibilities :
Support the Insights & Measurement team in the creation of detailed analyses, reports, presentations, and marketing / sales materials covering the sports properties that are broadcast.
Utilize both syndicated and custom research tools to effectively position sports and platforms across linear, digital (including Peacock), and social to the advertising community.
Develop property, consumer, and client / category insights to support B2B marketing opportunities.
Research advertisers' return on investing in media and sponsorship, communicating insights to internal and external constituents, using campaign results.
Respond to day-to-day requests for data from across the Ad Sales & Partnerships organization, and proactively disseminate insights that help support the Sports & Olympics sales narrative.
Collaborate across the rest of the Insights & Measurement department, as well as with Strategy, Sports Sales, Marketing, and Creative Partnerships to develop data-driven insights across sports properties and the broader sports media landscape that could inform internal- and external-facing materials that support clients.
Partner with other client's Insights & Measurement teams to deliver on organizational needs.
Desired Characteristics :
Strategic thinker with a deep interest in and familiarity with media, analytics and / or marketing, and a broad understanding of the sports landscape.
Experience with quantitative / qualitative primary research methodologies (primarily advertising / creative insights and / or brand equity), survey design, and analysis is a plus.

Qualifications :
3-5 years of insights or research experience at a sports or media company, agency or vendor.
Bachelor's degree.
Expertise in both Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong quantitative skills, including analytical abilities and media-math proficiency
Expert storytelling, with the ability to distill complex data sets from a variety of sources into simple, concise insights and compelling data-driven narratives
dept in cross-platform audience measurement systems (e.g., Nielsen, Adobe Analytics, Lake 5, comScore, etc.).
Proficient in consumer data platforms (e.g. , Simmons, MRI, etc.).
