- Analyze measurement results and provide comprehensive reports to engineering and manufacturing teams.
- Work closely with the program team to ensure quality standards are consistently met and maintained.
- Create inspection plans based on drawings.
- Perform in process inspections to ensure product conforms to the drawing.
- Review and interpret engineering drawings, CAD data, and specifications to determine inspection requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continually improve quality processes and standards.
- Assist with managing calibrated tools and coordinating with vendors.
- Team player and strong communication skills.
- Ability to make inspection plans based on drawings and build documentation.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to ensure documentation is complete per the process.
- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret technical drawings and CAD models.
- Strong understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience.
- 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.
