Job Description :
Pay Range : $21.72hr - $26.72hr
Responsibilities :
Maintain bulk inventories and ensure accuracy of paper and electronic records.
Investigate inventory discrepancies, determine root causes, and develop solutions.
Conduct cycle counts of all bulk inventories and assist in investigations of material discrepancies outside of preset tolerances.
Provide materials for manufacturing and internal customers as directed by Production Planners or Operations Management.
ssist with policy implementation and ensure compliance with departmental policies and procedures.
Participate in process improvement initiatives and make recommendations.
Follow Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies and procedures.
Take responsibility for safety in the immediate work area.
Participate in EHS programs and report hazardous conditions.
Provide recommendations for maintaining a safe work environment.
Perform other duties as required.
Education and Experience :
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of experience in an inventory management, shipping, or manufacturing environment.
Experience with continuous improvement tools (Lean / Six Sigma).
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Knowledge and Skills :
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with logistics, manufacturing, and production planning concepts.

Previous ERP experience preferred.
Solid verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications :
High school diploma required.
2 - 4 years of experience in materials distribution (shipping / receiving / inventory) or an equivalent combination of related education and experience.
Valid drivers license and good driving record required.
Proficiency in computer systems, including Excel, Word, and other software packages.
