Job Description : Responsibilities :
Performs job responsibilities with minimal supervision.
Serves as subject matter expert or organization resource for assigned projects
ssists in the development of standards and procedures used in the implementation or enhancement of systems.
Consults with functional and technical staff to ensure that functionality of automated systems meets user requirements.
Documents business processes for users.
Schedules, facilitates and records meetings and meeting outcomes.
May develop and deliver training as needed.
Serve as liaison between functional and technical teams in the implementation or enhancement of systems.
Provides end user support as needed to troubleshoot issues.
Works collaboratively with customer service agents to ensure accurate responses to end user inquiries.
Gathers, complies, and analyzes data.
May participate as a member of internal committees to assess policies, procedures and programs.
Prepares and presents various project artifacts including presentations, meeting notes, business process flow diagrams.
May perform initial system configuration for testing various business proofs of concept.

This position will be filled at a level commensurate with the selectee's education and experience at one of the following levels :
Minimum Qualifications :
High school diploma / GED and two (2) years of related experience; or two (2) years of experience at the lower level IT Business Analyst 1 (ITP060) or position equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications :
Preference may be given to applicants who, in addition to meeting the Minimum Qualifications, possess the following :
Experience with state or public sector organizations.
Experience with large-scale business transformation projects.
Highly organized, proactive, self-starter.
